The goal of a smart building is to reduce energy and water waste while also providing greater control and security. Smart buildings offer the technology and connectivity you need to plan and maintain your infrastructure. For example, if a break-in occurs, the alarm subsystem quickly captures the information and automatically relays it to other subsystems, such as CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), Building Automation, etc.

With the information from the Perimeter Alarm subsystem, the CCTV starts displaying real-time images on the monitors from the cameras at the location where the invasion took place. The Access Control then blocks access to the entrances close to the event location and the Public Address System starts broadcasting a pre-recorded message informing about the invasion.
