MCK Energia was created in 2009 by professionals with extensive experience in assembling electrical panels and energy solutions, due to an internal demand from the MCK Group and requests from numerous customers.
Composed of professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the area and throughout our trajectory we have acquired expertise in the Industrial area, with Generation, Management and Distribution of Energy, Commerce and Services.

Formed by 100% national capital, it has proven experience in Industrial Automation, Special Machines, Low and Medium Voltage Electrical Panels, Critical Energy and General Engineering.

Structure
Factory with 2,000 m² of built area entirely dedicated to panel assembly;
Installed capacity: up to 150 panels/month;
Testing laboratory: each assembled panel undergoes Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). We are prepared to conduct up to 40 FATs simultaneously;
Production planning and control: the status of production orders—as well as each related panel—can be monitored via a TV monitor installed on the factory floor;
Traceability: each assembled panel has its own TAG that identifies all its production information.
Quality control: All panels are 100% inspected at the end of each assembly phase. A checklist with inspection records accompanies the panel throughout the production cycle.

MCK Energia is located in the industrial hub of the city of Osasco within one of the largest industrial condominiums in the region, Business Park Osasco, on Av. dos Autonomistas, offering easy access to the main highways, ring road, city margins and also Avenida das Nações Unidas .

The company has a large and modern infrastructure covering more than 2000 m² distributed among specific areas for design, manufacturing and commissioning of equipment.

The newly constructed structure includes its own parking lot, meeting rooms, training rooms, technical laboratories, and panel testing areas. It also boasts a large factory equipped with adequate resources for the development of automation solutions, ensuring the results and satisfaction expected by our customers.

Our team consists of electrical technicians, electricians, panel assemblers, assistants, and others. We work in accordance with technical standards and adhere to standards such as the use of uniforms and identification badges.

As well as the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), NR 10 (Regulatory standard for control measures and preventive systems that guarantee the health and safety of workers who interact with electrical installations), NR 35 (Regulatory standard that establishes protective measures for working at height).
